Pisuerga River (Valladolid)

description

The banks of the Pisuerga offer, as it passes through Valladolid, an appealing walk among gardens, bridges, museums and history. Between the Canal dock and the Casa del Río, the end point of the walk, there are 4km that can be walked, nonstop, in one hour. From the wharf, a series of signs mark the path with information about the natural environment of the river. Some of the birds that we can find in the river are the blackbirds, magpies, common kingbirds, grey herons, and European bee-eaters.
